Full Planning
Suitable for the Bride who would like someone else to do all the hard work.
Feel at ease knowing that your wedding day is being planned and project managed by an experienced south coast wedding planner professional.
I will be your main contact throughout the entire process and will be coordinating every element from start to end with exceptional organisation, creativity, experience and your best interests at heart.
You can choose to be involved in the decision making as little or as much as you like throughout the process, whilst remaining informed and in control.
We will take care of all your wedding administration and field your questions, phone calls and emails, however often they may be! I will also be present on the day to ensure your entire plan and vision is executed with every detail attended to efficiently.
This package includes:
- Creation of a styling/vision board
- Research and securing of all suppliers goods/services (including contract management) and manage communications between client and vendors based on a discussion of your style/vision
- Personalised budget planning and timeline, logistical run sheets and master vendor contact list.
- Development of venue maps & seating plans
- Invitation and RSVP Management (if required)
- 2 Venue Site Inspections and a final briefing with client
- On the day management* including confirmation of deliveries, setup of venue where required and time management.
- Unlimited communication between client
*Half (7hrs) OR Full (10hrs) day coordination

On the Day Coordination
I just need a helping hand in the final few weeks and on the day.
Have you secured all your suppliers and just need a helping hand in the final few weeks and on the day? Or planned an outdoor ceremony and not sure if the weather will be bright and sunny as predicted?
I will do all the last minute running around for you- ensuring that everything falls into place, runs smoothly and help you fix those unexpected things that may happen that you didn’t anticipate.
We will discuss your details prior to your wedding day to know the ins and outs of your event so we are able to execute all the elements that you had planned for the big day.
Allow yourself and your guests to kick up your heels and have nothing to worry about as all the finer details will be left to someone else to leave you and your guests free to enjoy the celebration.
This package includes:
- Discussion and finalisation of your big day details
- Venue Briefing and Site inspection
- Assistance with setup of your venue (includes your DIY and hired styling items, place cards, favours, signage etc)
- Development and completion of logistical run sheet, master vendor contact list and venue plan
- Finalisation of your supplier delivery details and on the day contacts
- Timekeeping and management of the Wedding Day (duration of time required will depend on half (7hrs) or full day coordination (10hrs)).

Elopement/Micro Wedding Planning
We are planning a more intimate celebration..
Just like our planning packages but your elements are on a smaller scale…Perfect for those with guest numbers 20 or less, we can plan your key elements to make it all happen. You’d prefer us to use our key contacts, provide you with some beautiful small scale options in terms of venues and ‘secret spot’ locations to plan your intimate affair. When we have secured your perfect vendors, we will give you some fantastic resources to help everything run like clockwork on the day.
