Sally from Upon a Star Events, is not only an event coordinator/planner, she is a fairy godmother, a friend, a confidant, the best problem solver you’ll ever meet, incredibly talented, and just an excellent human in general!
We were one of the lucky couples that had Sal coordinate our wedding, and there is no way we would have been able to do everything that she did, as exceptionally as she did. She and Tristina went above and beyond, allowing us to completely immerse ourselves in our day, without a worry in the world, knowing everything was in their capable hands!
From coordinating vendors prior to the day, creating a run sheet, keeping me sane, and so much more, the process with Sally was outstanding. I could not recommend tough high enough Sal… you’re honestly the best!

Sally and her team are an absolute dream to work with. Our wedding day would not have run as smoothly as it did without them. Right from the start sal was easy to work with, from the detailed and punctual emails, to quick informative phones calls, sally made sure we were up to date on all information as we approached out wedding. The many templates and tips that we were provided helped guide us through stressful situations, and the amazingly detailed timeline was massive help. During the week leading up, Sally made sure we were stress free, chasing up any loose ends or concerns we had.
On the day, Sal and her team helped set up and arrange decorations and props, made sure that all the little things were taken care of, and were available for any questions or requests. She made sure we had plenty of food and drinks whilst we took photos and reminded us to take some time to ourselves. Such an incredible woman that does such an incredible job!
Myself and my now husband booked Sal just shy of one month out from the Wedding. As we were a semi destination wedding and travelling from Sydney I was stressing myself out.
After one discussion with Sal I felt an immediate weight lifted off my shoulders and knew that we had picked the right person to help us on the day!!
Sal was so organised and picked up any and all issues that we had like bus timing issues for guests and setting up our immense collection of DIY teams.
Myself and Michael cannot recommend booking Sally for your special day enough! without her I don’t think it would have been as smooth sailing and amazing as it was. She is such a GEM and we cannot thank her enough!!
Sally and her team at Upon A Star are possibly the most helpful people I've ever come across in my life. Sally helped us put together our wedding at Bundanon in March 2024 and I can honestly say that the wedding would've looked half as good and went half as smoothly had we not hired Sal. She went above and beyond organising our vendors and making sure everything was perfect for our special day. She is a conductor of a 300-piece orchestra who can also shred on electric guitar - Upon A Star was the smartest decision we made for our wedding and we can't recommend them more.

I actually have no words for the service that Sally and her team offered us. Truly remarkable!
